Your mission
  • Representing the brands distributed by the Property;
  • Advise and sell the Company products to customers;
  • Suggest and sell services to satisfy the consumer: delivery, installation, commissioning,
  • after-sales service, accessories, etc.;
  • Develop partnerships (media, advertisers, distributors, etc.) to increase sales and brand
  • awareness;
  • Participate in the development of the Showroom communication, optimizing merchandising:
  • layout, product display, window displays, in conjunction with the marketing department;
  • Guarantee the achievement of sales targets and develop the turnover with constancy and
  • assertiveness;
  • Guarantee periodic reporting activities;
  • Management of administrative obligations of the Showroom activities;
  • Leading the showroom consultant team;
  • Other activities defined by the Property.
Your profile
  • Master's degree in economics/marketing, with an excellent curriculum studiorum;
  • Excellent personal standing;
  • Significant experience in the management of shops in the Food&Beverage sector;
  • Excellent relational, commercial and customer management skills, entrepreneurial attitude;
  • Passion for the Food&Beverage sector;
  • Strong commercial sense and aptitude for continuous improvement;
  • Motivation and determination, maturity, autonomy, problem solving, spirit of initiative/proactivity;
  • Tenacious, ambitious, positive person;
  • Dynamism, flexibility;
  • Habitual use of the most common computer applications (MS Office word, excel, outlook);
  • Italian and English fluent, written and spoken; preferable knowledge of German, written and spoken
  • Domicile in the North-East Lombardy Area (Milan-Brescia).

Deine Aufgaben
• Inserire gli ordini ricevuti (rispondendo alle richieste di vendita tramite e-mail, telefono e dal team di vendita esterno) e verificarne la correttezza, assistendo i clienti nella selezione dei prodotti;
• Gestire le relazioni con i clienti, in termini di assistenza post-vendita;
• Riconoscere eventuali variazioni negli ordini relativi a prezzi e quantità;
• Gestire i flussi di comunicazione con il cliente riguardo le informazioni sui vari ordini e il loro avanzamento;
• Gestire i database dei clienti, i reclami e eventuali controversie, in sinergia con l'amministrazione;
• Supervisionare il centralino e la corrispondenza commerciale;
• Supportare l'attività di marketing con la traduzione di brochure;
• Garantire attività di reportistica periodica relative al ruolo;
• Gestione di alcuni piccoli progetti e amministrazione generale delle vendite;
• Altre attività definite dalla direzione.
Dein Profil
  • Diploma di scuola superiore, con eccellente curriculum studiorum;
  • Comprovata esperienza nel ruolo di addetto/a alle vendite, in aziende strutturate
  • Alla ricerca di una progressione di carriera, preferibilmente nell’industria alimentare e delle bevande
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative e organizzative; abilità, flessibilità e abitudine a lavorare sia in modo indipendente che in team;
  •  Capacità di gestire una varietà di compiti;
  • Forte orientamento all'approfondimento; competenze analitiche, rigore, precisione;
  • Capacità di gestire più compiti contemporaneamente sotto stress e in tempi brevi; elevata flessibilità, dinamismo;
  • Alto grado di auto-gestione; desiderio di imparare e standard elevati dimostrati per soddisfare le aspettative dei clienti;
  • Candidato/a di seria, responsabile moralità di assoluta fiducia; forte senso di responsabilità;
  • Forte motivazione a crescere ulteriormente all'interno dell'azienda, sia da un punto di vista professionale che personale;
  • Italiano e Inglese fluenti, scritto e parlato; gradita conoscenza del Tedesco, scritto
e parlato;
  • Conoscenza del PC (MS Office, email, Word, Excel);
  • Domicilio nell'area Nord-Est della Lombardia (Milano-Brescia).
